Getting Started

Design Consultation

Booking a design appointment with us is the first step in creating your bespoke piece. Before your visit, we encourage you to consider things such as the type of metal you prefer, the lifestyle of the wearer, and any specific scale or color palette. You may also bring along pictures or sketches to help guide our team in the design process.

During your design appointment, we will discuss your ideas and show you relevant examples from our beautiful collection of jewellery. We will also sketch out different designs and provide you with a no-obligation quotation for the cost of creating your bespoke piece, along with an approximate timeline.

The Process

Design to Reality

The process of making your bespoke piece begins with sourcing materials from our trusted suppliers. If your piece requires a specific color or unusually cut gemstones, we may bring a few options into the studio for you to view before beginning the making process. Our team may ask you to visit the studio at different stages throughout the making process, such as trying the ring for size before the stones are set.

Ready to Collect

Handover + Aftercare

Once the final polish is completed, your bespoke piece of jewellery will be ready for collection. A member of our team will contact you to let you know and your piece will be kept safely and securely until you are ready to collect it.

To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, we recommend periodically bringing it into the studio for a check-up by a member of our team. This service will always include a complimentary polish.
